1Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Redeemed Life, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit or interact with Fund the Harvest and any other website, subdomain, or landing page we own or operate (collectively, the “Sites”), and when you purchase or donate in exchange for our books, courses, classes, or other ministry-related products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Sites or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Sites and Services immediately.

2Information we collect

  • ·Personal information. Your name, email address, shipping or billing address, phone number, payment information, and anything else you provide when you make a purchase or a donation, or when you leave your email to receive free guides.
  • ·If you order a printed item, we collect the shipping address you provide and pass it to our print partner so the order can be delivered.
  • ·Automatically collected information. Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device information, and the pages you viewed immediately before and after visiting our Sites.
  • ·Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of our Sites, including keeping the items in your cart. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to tell you when one is being sent, but if you do not accept cookies some parts of our Sites may not work properly.

3How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • ·Process donations, purchases, and transactions, and deliver the files you asked for.
  • ·Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Sites and Services.
  • ·Communicate with you about your order, your account, or a customer service question.
  • ·Send you information about related products, services, and updates we believe may interest you, if you have opted in or have bought from us (subject to applicable “soft opt-in” laws). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
  • ·Personalize your experience on our Sites.
  • ·Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity on our Sites.
  • ·Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security concerns.
  • ·Comply with applicable laws and regulations, cooperate with law enforcement, or protect our rights or the rights of others.

4Disclosure of your information

We may share your information with:

  • ·Service providers. Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf and need your information to do their work. Specifically:
  • ·Wix.com Ltd. operates our online store, checkout, and order records. Information you enter at checkout, including your name, email address, billing details, and what you ordered, is processed by Wix and its payment providers.
  • ·Printful, Inc. prints and ships our apparel. When you order a shirt, your name and shipping address are passed to Printful so they can make and post it. Printful receives nothing about digital items.
  • ·Amazon. Links to paperback editions go to Amazon, and we participate in the Amazon Associates Program. We do not send Amazon your information, but Amazon may set cookies and attribute your purchase to us. Amazon’s own privacy notice governs anything you do on their site.
  • ·Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not track you across other websites.
  • ·We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
  • ·Legal compliance. Where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or where we believe it necessary to investigate or prevent legal action or harm.
  • ·Business transfers. If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will give notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • ·With your consent. For any other purpose, with your explicit consent.

5Sites we link to

Some of what we offer is sold or hosted somewhere else. Paperbacks link to Amazon, and courses are taken through Redeemed Life University. When you follow one of those links you leave our Sites, and what happens next is governed by that company’s privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive your payment details from them.

Where a link to Amazon is an affiliate link, a purchase you make there may earn a commission that goes to the ministry, at no extra cost to you.

6International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country. If you are using our Sites from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using our Sites, you consent to that transfer and processing.

7Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the personal information you share with us from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8Children’s privacy

Our Sites and Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13, or under 16 in some jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, update, or delete what we hold about you. To exercise any of those rights, contact us using the details below.

You may opt out of our marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by contacting us directly. Even after you opt out, we may still send you transactional or administrative emails about your orders or your account.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Sites and Services after a change indicates your acceptance of the new policy.

11Contact us

If you have a question about this policy, or about information we hold about you, write or call and a person will answer.
